Sought after by millions of people around the world, the South of Tenerife is a renowned destination for its sunny skies, incredible weather and miles of beautiful walks by the ocean. Among all the destinations in the South of Tenerife, my personal favourite is Playa Las Vistas, in Los Cristianos. And within Playa Las Vistas, I fell in love with this beautiful studio. Several call it a one bedroom, but it is really a studio.  But because it offers a separation for the bedroom many are happy with the privacy they get, just as if it were a 1 bedroom unit. It offers free high speed WiFi, international Satellite TV and a myriad of cable channels from around the world.  It is no secret that Tenerife is considered to have one of the best climates in the world.  And within the island, the South is where you can enjoy a day at the beach almost every day of the year and its beautiful sunny skies. Among all the places in the South, Playa Las Vistas offers -for me at least- the perfect combination of a gorgeous Blue Flag sandy beach without big ships -like you find at the Port-, strong winds or rocks. Being in-between the magnificent Golden Mile and Los Cristianos' downtown, you can easily pick either one for a night out (or both!) There are plenty of locations to stay at in Playa Las Vistas, yet not all offer the same benefits of course. The Canary Islands are considered by many to be blessed with one of the best climates in the world.  Not too hot, not too cold! In Tenerife, depending the time of the year, you can see snow, rain and sun and enjoy the water at the beach, all in the same day. There is a stark contrast between the North of the island and the South.  The North, like Puerto de la Cruz receives a generous amount of rain and it helps create a lush vegetation that covers incredible trails.
